Terms of Service

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • 12-Hour Cancellation Window: All class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Monthly Members: If a member with an unlimited membership cancels within the 12-hour window or fails to show up, a $10 late cancel/no-show fee will be automatically charged to the card on file.

  • Class Pack & Drop-In Holders: If a client using a class pack or a single drop-in credit cancels within the 12-hour window or fails to show up, the class credit will be forfeited. No additional monetary fee will be charged, but the credit cannot be used for a future class.

Membership & Billing

  • Initial Commitment: For memberships within their first three (3) months of active status, all cancellation or change requests must be handled via email at hello@mendyogari.com at least fourteen (14) days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

  • App Self-Management & Freezes: Memberships active for longer than three (3) months may utilize the mend mobile app to manage freezes, pauses, or cancellations. Specific freeze durations and any associated maintenance fees will be outlined within the app interface at the time of the request.

  • Final Sale Policy: All memberships, class packs, and drop-in credits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No credits or refunds will be issued for unused portions of a membership or expired class packs.

Studio Operations

  • Waitlist Auto-Enrollment: Clients are automatically added to class from the waitlist up until two (2) hours before the scheduled start time. Once moved into a spot, you are considered confirmed and subject to all cancellation and no-show policies. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor their waitlist status via the mend app or email.

  • Cell Phone Policy: To maintain a focused and peaceful environment, cell phones are strictly prohibited inside the heated and non-heated studios during class. Please ensure all devices are silenced or turned off and stored in the provided lobby cubbies.

  • Personal Property: mend is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property left in the lobby, cubbies, or studio spaces.

  • Accounts & Liability: All practitioners, regardless of age, must have a unique client account and a signed liability waiver on file prior to participating in any class or event at mend.
