What are your membership options?

The Monthly Unlimited Studio Membership gives you unlimited access to in-studio classes.

There is no contract and a monthly recurring fee. The membership is $115/month. For students this membership is $99/month with proof of a valid ID.

Alternatively, you can purchase single classes or Class Packs. Check out all your options.

How do I cancel my membership?

We require a 14-day notice for membership cancellation. If you’d like to cancel your following month’s membership, please send an email to hello@mendyogari.com.

How should I prep for my first studio class?

Arrive at the studio 15 minutes before class starts. We recommend bringing a mat and water bottle. Wear fitted moisture wicking clothes.

If I’ve never taken a hot yoga class before, which class should I start with?

We recommend those who have never taken yoga before to start with an All Levels Heated Vinyasa. This class will break down the foundational poses and focus on form and alignment.

Can I track my classes online?

Yes, the easiest way to navigate Mindbody is using their mobile app. Using your account, you will be able to sign up for classes. These classes will show up in your upcoming schedule.

When does your schedule publish for the week?

Our schedule goes live on Mindbody at 12 pm every Monday. Follow us on Instagram for reminders and updates!

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel outside of that window, you will be considered an early cancel, and you will not be charged. For members, if you cancel within that 12-hour period, you will be considered a late cancel, and will you be charged a $10 fee. If you do not cancel and do not show up for class, you will get that $10 charge.

For non-members (class packs and drop-ins), if you cancel outside of the 12-hour period, you will get to keep your class credit. If you late cancel during the 12-hour period, you will not be charged but that class will be removed from your account. We do not offer refunds to the original credit card, the refund is the class credit, which will stay at your account. Classes and packages are non-refundable.

What is the difference between a sweaty drop-in and a restorative drop-in?

Sweaty drop-in classes are for our heated studio classes. Restorative drop-in classes are for our non-heated studio.

Sweaty drop-ins are $20 for non-members and included in the unlimited membership.

Restorative drop-ins are $24 for non-members and $10 for members.

How will I know that I have been added to the waitlist?

When you signed up for a mend Mindbody account, you should have chosen to opt in for either text or email notifications. Once you add yourself to the waitlist, you will see a grayed out Waitlist box next to the class on the Mindbody app. You will get an email or text notification that you have been added to the waitlist. Our waitlist policy has a 2-hour cutoff period. That meaning, you will not be added to a class within that cutoff period. If you are added to the class from the waitlist, you will be notified and the class will show up on your upcoming classes.

You are more than welcome to show up to class if you are on the waitlist, to see if a spot opens up. We begin to let people in off the waitlist 5 minutes before class starts. Make sure you show up 15 minutes early!

Can I book class for someone else on my account?

No, everyone coming to class must have their own Mindbody account. Our policy requires everyone to sign their own waiver. If you’d like to pay for someone’s account, you can send an email to hello@mendyogari.com and we can set that up.

How do I redeem my pre-paid giftcard?

If you go to our website, you can head to the Pricing page. Depending on what you are looking to purchase (membership, drop in class, class pack, etc), there is a space at the top of the checkout page that will prompt you to enter your custom giftcard id number. Enter it here and then click apply. If you have issues, send a photo of your giftcard and what you hope to purchase to hello@mendyogari.com.

We will have the downstairs locked until 15 minutes before the next class starts. This is to ensure the students from the prior class can exit safely and the studio can be cleaned properly. Explore beautiful Newport and hydrate while you wait.
