hot power vinyasa with weights

join us for 60 minutes of our signature class. designed to focus the overactive mind and strengthen the body. our signature sculpt is a high intensity low impact workout that combines weights, flow, cardio, and core in a 97 degree room.

join us for 60 minutes of power vinyasa that strengthens and energizes through breath focused movement in a 97 degree room. built to challenge you with balancing poses. designed to bring balance to body + mind.

heated HIIT

join us for 45 minutes of interval training designed to challenge you physically and mentally set to a curated playlist that keeps you motivated and sweating from start to finish in a 97 degree room.

heated pilates

join us for 60 minutes of medium impact mat pilates starting with core, and designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. set to a curated playlist that keeps you motivated and sweating in a 97 degree room. you’ll feel muscles you’ve never felt before.

sound bath meditation

room is set to a comfortable 75 degrees.

sound bath meditation allows your brain waves to slow down, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state. these community classes will leave you feeling like you’re floating on a cloud.

restorative & yin

room is set to a comfortable 75 degrees.

take time to ground yourself with this gentle restorative practice. allowing yourself the space to root down, turn your attention inward, and feel fully supported. this slow-paced class uses props and longer holds as a way to discover deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
